Just a few updates:
1. I finished reading Carmac McCarthy's The Road a few days ago. I'll be watching the movie with D as soon as I possibly can. Very excited to see it! I've heard wonderful things about it...
2. I've continued helping my mother work at the restaurant. Today I was offered a position. Yay! Nothing major, though. I'll just be the fill-in girl this summer for the cash register. But, I'm still very excited!
3. Pictures will be hitting Splash! soon. My iPod touch has been broken for the past few months. D is a techie, and has promised to fix it for me as soon as I can afford the parts he needs. If I get paid for training Saturday, then by next week I'll have a functioning iPod again, which means sharing photos will be a breeze!
4. I have the rest of the day off (finally!) which means I'll be tidying my room and writing. I have 3 short stories that I've been working on and a novel idea stuck in my head. Looks like I'll be able to get a ton of work done tonight.
