You may have noticed that I talk about D often. He's my fiance. My best friend. My techie.
Today, he mentioned that it's strange that his presence on this blog is no larger than a single letter - D. So, I have decided to give him a larger presence. He does play a major role in my life, after all.
D is short for Davy. Davy Jones. Not of The Monkeys nor of the Caribbean, but of little Iuka, Ms. I've known him for four years now, and he has quickly become my best friend. Though no date has been set, we do hope to get married.
Now, here's a little bit about him, for the record. He's passionate about computers and fixes as many as he can get his hands on. He does it cheaply, because he's a good person and because he enjoys it. He loves video games - particularly Halo - and he shares my adoration for all things zombie. We frequent WoW, and we love to play Magic the Gathering. We go to church together and are active in our youth group. When the weather is nice, we love to fly kites and play Frisbee. Basically, we're adult-aged nerdy kids who just love to have play dates together. :)
So, D, I hope I have satisfied you in giving you a larger presence here on Splash!. And, to my readers, I hope you have a better understanding of the amazing person that encompasses the letter "D".
